Sorry Guys,
i'm a little bit late with this, but have been very busy. But anyway, on the day of the Election last week, in The Sun they had a Page 3 special with a load of girls as a 'Souvenir' or something....due to the fact that Harriet Harmen and some Liberal Democrat (an Idiot?). If they won power were going to try and Ban Page3. Any Road, out of all the models i could only name one of them, Rhian Sugden. Now she has become a bit more prominent, due to the Vernon Kay, text incident. But i did know her anyway, but other than that i didn't recognise a single one of them.
This leads to my question are the glory days of Page 3 over? I mean the majority of the girls used to be household names. And even a few years back i think a lot of people could've named at least a few! I remember a Page 3 poster in the Sport and it had Teresa May, Louise Hodges, Vicky Lee, Eve Vorley, Donna Ewin, Linsey Cunningham, Lana Cox, Belinda Charlton and Shanine Linton. And one in the Sun with Lana Cox, Shanine Linton, Jo Guest, Emma Caeseri, Belinda Charlton, Dee Ivens and Tracey Coleman. Not to mention the proper Halcyon Days of Sam Fox, Linda Lusardi, Kathy Lloyd, Maria Whittaker and Gaynor Goodman.
So is Page 3 still relevant? Does anybody really care about it anymore? Do you just have a quick glance and have we become so used to it that we barely even bother or think about it anymore? Or is there just a lack of girls or genuine star quality or are all the best girls just in Porn now. And seriously, if it wasn't there would you really miss it? Or just be upset because some idiot in the Government say's it shouldn't be in the Newspaper?

Re: PAGE 3
Maybe, for a lot of people, the days before the internet meant many a man's only glimpse of a bit of female flesh was page 3. There weren't as many 'Lads Mags' around 15 years ago either....and the one's that were weren't as 'boob & arse' heavy.
I think a combination of these lads mags and easy online access to naked girls has made it harder for a page 3 girl to stick out from the crowd, if you know what I mean. We all had a favourite page 3 girl and was glad if we saw an appearance more than once a fortnight. Maybe because we never knew when they would next appear was part of the appeal and the easy access we have now takes something away from that.

Re: PAGE 3
Yeah the lad mag, especially Loaded, Zoo and Nuts definitely does give people more of their fix and i agree with the mags and the net and Page 3 it is difficult for a girl to stand out from the crowd. But as with the post i made above i named at least 10 girls and everybody like you say had their favourite and favourites but they had to stand out from a much better crowd and these days thats sadly not the case and still no one stands out!

Re: PAGE 3
The term Page 3 is so out of date it really shouldnt be used today
Long gone are the days when the models were 36-23-36,the only game in town and appearances in magazines were sporadic ...there are still big name ie Michelle Marsh,Lucy Pinder,Keeley Hazell etc but their not specifically thought of as page 3 only as they were in the past
Couple of sites dredged up from the past...fair bit is still alive

For me the true halcyon days of page three were a decade earlier, when you had the likes of Jilly Johnson, Nina Carter and Viv Neves.
