You do not agree with the cuts. You do not defend them. Clegg shares the blame for them. But we must not be too unkind to Nick by picking on him, because it is childish.
Well, I wouldn't put it quite like that. You can pick on who you like, just don't expect me to think it's not childish. I don't blame the recession and current economic crisis on Gordon Brown alone, for instance. I'm sure you'd think it rather childish (or just plain wrong) if I did.
I see the pompous cunt has been given a deputy PM's question time once a month. How fucking irrelevant is that?
Outrageous! The leader of the other party in a coalition being given his say! No doubt your the type that thinks the woman in a relationship should know their place!
I think it's time you ditch the Capri, cords and mullet, Neddy. We live in something called the 21st century these days. We talk to each other using computers and stuff, on this thing called the world wide web! Even females and homosexualists can join. Fuckin' Mental innit?

Don't be an idiot
The man has less than 60 MPs, he's completely irrelevant. His only role is carry enough votes to allow the Tories to rule the country until the next election, when he can then jump into bed with them and abandon his party.
You've really fallen for this coalition bullshit haven't you.
Interesting that the first couple of things these cunts have done have been Stalinesque. First they come up with the fixed parliament that can't be got rid of, by changing the rules, then Cameron stages his own backbench coup on the 1922 committee by arranging a vote on whether ministers can attend it and vote on it... and the vote to change the rules is something his ministers are allowed to vote on, thereby ensuring the rules of the committee are changed without their consent.
New politics? Same old power mad bullshit.

One of us is being an idiot and I'll give you a clue who it is: it's not me.
'The man' (your words not mine) is leader of a party that got just under 1 in 4 voters to vote for them....and he's in coalition of our government. Hardly irrelevant.

Lol. Clegg's planning on ditching the Lib Dems to join the Tories, hey? David poked fun at me trying to predict the future before. Let's see if he does you.

You've really fallen for this 'only majority governments can bring prosperity' bullshit, haven't you?

Back comes Stalin! Back comes Stalin! At least David didn't leave Hitler out....poor mite.

Re: Sam, Sam
ou say in this message
I never claimed you blamed Clegg for everything either, did I? I was talking generally about your attitude. 99% of all your angst and anger has been concentrated on one man....and it's not just you.
Earlier you replied
"You don't have to agree with the coalition, David, but blaming Clegg for everything two whole parties jointly agree and compromise on is childish. I've argued many on here who just attacked Brown just for the sake of it. It seems you're just as bad!"
Err, how else would you interprete the above paragraph?
A little like I would if you said, "Sam, the trouble with you is that you think the sun shines out of Clegg's arse!"
I don't think I'm being overly conceited when I state that I'm pretty confident I wouldn't take that accusation literally; despite my sometimes pedantic nature I doubt I'd actually ask you to show me where I'd said the sun shines out of Clegg's arse........unless I was taking the piss.
I think I told you quite clearly in my last post I was speaking broadly; it was directed more about your general attitude over Clegg (and not just you, I may add).
I hope this helps you understand.

"despite my sometimes pedantic nature "
Don't run yourself down, Sam. You and pedantry are like chalk and cheese, butter and steel.
"I don't think I'm being overly conceited"
You, conceited? See comment above.
"I think I told you quite clearly in my last post I was speaking broadly; it was directed more about your general attitude over Clegg"
Johnson you have a general attitude problem! Please use your Slatometer Pedantry guide properly. Speaking broadly is not to be confused with speaking with pedantry. This can cause the same words to have different meanings depending on whether I am speaking broadly or not.
Write the following words a thousand times - progressive, radical, new, consensual, collaborative.
Mmm.
"We are still struggling to find Vince something to do - poor old bastard" Nick Clegg on Newsnight

Re: clegg, what happened to taxing the rich?
Well, it seems the new coalition hasn't turned people off the Lib Dems in Camden. Up 6% from last time round.

Re: clegg, what happened to taxing the rich?
Why the fck would any centre left voter ever vote lib dem again when they are in bed with the tories. Complete joke. Just goes to show some lib dems were closet tories anyway.
Re: clegg, what happened to taxing the rich?
I see the Clegggster, now in power, seems to be backtracking on the Gary Mckinnon case....
"Don't let anyone tell you that this time it can't be different - it can't."

Ah yes, a Lib Dem Con coalition does wonders for the electorate, a marriage made in political heaven!.
SOuthwark was run by a Lib Dem Con coalition since 2006. Labour wrested back control last week in the local elections.
St Helens, Merseyside council was ruled for four years by a Lib Dem/Tory coalition. Labour claimed power back.
Leeds City council had a Lib Dem Con coalition. Talks are ongoing after the coalition was short of an overall majority.
Camden was a Lib Dem Con coalition. Labour swept back into power.
Brent had a Lib Dem Con coalition. No more. Tories and Lib Dems lost seats to Labour.
Cheers
