Is there a book about the legal issues involved in the professional and amateur sex scenes? Or has anyone/does anyone write a column about it anywhere? And if not, is there anyone on this forum who could do it?

Joe King writing a review! He only speaks in links. I suppose he could say heres my review (insert url) and it has large labia and a pleasent face. I am sure that would not tax him to much.
And in answer to Fverd(or whatever hes called) the law of the land applies to porn. There is not any specific legislation unleess you include the Obscene Publications Act (grossly outdated and hardly ever used by Plod) and the Video Recordings Act 1984. The latter is still used regularly to bust people selling uncertificated tapes or people selling certificated R18 tapes by mail order. The fines are smallish so most companies would take the risk. However it is worth bearing in mind that magistrates vary (and many are peculiar fuckers) as I mentioned in the case where a chap I know was getting done for piracy of Reseviour Dogs and the stupid magistrates increased his sentence because they thought it was animal porn. Idiots.
