Nothing has yet been said about how he died other than there are 'no suspicious circumstances'. This suggests he may have taken his own life. Very sad.

Yeah very sad, and I was planning on watching him at download this weekend too.

Lots of rock deaths recently.

... Or, natural causes, lost my best mate at 36 that way.

Saw Stuart drum with a number of bands, a very talented man, and funny as they come ... a great loss.

He apparently only turned 40 about 2 weeks ago. Maybe he was having a crisis over that as many people do, although there would be other things going on to push him over the edge and take his own life (assuming that is what happened).

According to another forum he choked to death on his own sick, possibly after a heavy night of it.

Brought some fun and a bit of character to a band who often looked in dire need of it, and they were never quite as successful without him.

Nice to read they'd patched up their differences after his departure - something of a rarity in music. RIP.
