Do a Print Screen then paste into your favourite image editor, crop and save.

Works for me.

PrintScreen captures the whole screen
Alt + PrintScreen captures the current window i.e. your internet browser.

Paste as new image into Microsoft Photo Editor, crop & save.

There is a download called something like ScreenPrint32 you could try, or Google for others, if your Windows installation is playing up
