As you know I havent changed my view about whether it was an illegal war. I regard Blair as the main architect of this pre-emptive strike and once he had gone, I felt more comfortable to vote for a Blair free Labour party, particularly when the opposition was the horrific Tories and the "we dont know who we are" Lib Dems.

Feel free to make an apology for talking nonsense about me supporting the Labour party through thick and thin.

I am obviously not saying that. What I am saying is that the really important issues like a legal or illegal war and whether you see this happening or not, actually matter.

Well, no - hence the "pretty much". War is when two sides don't find compromise, so try to blow each other's brains out in the absence of more sensible ways to sort things out..

Glad to have you back on the forum.

Having read your contributions again to a thread entitled GPS running hospital budgets, I can see two things:

1. I have allowed myself to be sidetracked by you.
2. Your contributions appear completely worthless in terms of adding anything of merit to the topic of the thread and the related issue of Lib Dem involvement in the plans.

This is only an opinion of course !laugh!

Why should I apologise for an opinion? An opinion that might be correct?

If I'd directly accused you of voting Labour through think or thin, or stated you support political parties like many do a football team, you'd deserve an apology and I'm not averse to saying sorry when I'm wrong.
