Although its American humour, the movie 'Team America' is very funny and pokes merciless fun at North Korea's 'dear leader'. It's actually done with marionettes and was made by the two South Park guys. Just one warning though - even though its a puppet show, it ain't for kids. Some scenes in the uncut version are surprisingly rude!
