I thought this might be of intrerest to certain members. I love this both the subject and the musicality are in my opinion beautiful.

Nice find Masie. Nobody could pronounce 'Cosmos' (his fabulous tv series in the 80s) quite like Carl Sagan. It always came out sounding like it had several extra letters if not syllables. Great bloke as well by all accounts.

I a quite a new convert to the power of Sagan and have just watched his epic 'Cosmos' in full. The wonders of the solar system was also breath taking.

Carl Sagan is a god. Have the full Cosmos set on dvd. Look for his 'pale blue dot' speech. Awesome.

Infact, forget looking. Here it is:

Hugo Weaving, who played Agent Smith in The Matrix modelled his voice on Carl Sagan's. He does a good job !happy!
