As an observation Dick, in the amount of time that you have taken to write your various posts in this thread, you could have searched the web to try and find some actual information that "I don't think it will be too hard" to find to back up your prejudices.

And now your attitude has moved from "I don't think it will be too hard" to "I don't want to waste my time". !laugh!

Priceless!

Yes and meanwhile the owner of the Daily Mail takes the piss with his tax avoidance schemes. Was that anywhere in the paper?

These newspaper proprietors have no shame eh?

Fair enough David.
Please be kind enough to reply my point of view. Or would you rather have more money going out than coming in ?
I'm sure a successful businessman would be able to answer that.
Maybe the mathematics or more correctly, arithmetic, is too hard for you to work out.
My post is not about the coalition so much as the acceptance in the UK of tax avoiders as opposed to benefit scroungers.
I know, I know. But you'd already made 3 other threads on the same subject, over the past few days. I was just waiting for you to bring one up where you could have a pop at the coalition and you didn't fail me. !laugh!

"I was just waiting for you to bring one up where you could have a pop at the coalition and you didn't fail me"

Well they did appoint well known tax avoider Philip Green didnt they?

Please tell me what would you have preferred?

The blank blank government appointed Philip Green? Or Philip Green demanded to be appointed and as a result was? Or that I must choose a tax avoider that has nothing at all to do with the coalition government? Or I must never juxtapose government cuts with people getting away with avoiding tax?

You Cleggie's Communication Director, Samuel?

"Maybe the mathematics or more correctly, arithmetic, is too hard for you to work out."

You seem to be no better at arithmetic than you are at finding facts to support your prejudices.

You say,
"People on benefit, many of whom has never worked for years (and don?t intend to) pay in nothing. Net result taking out, equals minus.

This is a classic example of Dick prejudice. So how many is "many" Dick? And of these "many" how do you know they "don't intend to". Ah yes, I can see the answer coming "I don't want to waste my time finding facts".

The vast majority of people who are unemployed have had a job. In November 2009 unemployment stood at 2.4 million. About 600K had been out of work for more than a year. These are facts Dick. You know the things that you are so terrified of because they may undermine your prejudices.

Whilst they had a job, unlike tax avoiders and tax evaders, the majority of them would have paid the taxes related to their income just like you Dick. In that sense, they are putting into the country.

Your argument about "People who are making enough money to avoid tax are still paying in, council tax, employee wages, building rents and the like. Net result paying in, equals plus is pathetic.

I rob post offices. I have a little scrap metal yard as a business. I pay my council tax, employee wages, building rents and the like. Once in the while I rob a post office. But hey its still a plus, Dick and the scrap metal business gives me a bit of cover. It's a bit extra - helps to go towards my retirement home in Spain.

Subservient aren't you? Like to kick the unemployed, but when it comes to billionaire tax avoiders hey let's rake around for an excuse.
