No, you are wrong.
All normal prescriptions are free for over 60's. I know about that, I'm 65 and take a Statin, but my doc charges all who want viagra ?25 for 8 x 100mg pills. Some possibly do precribe it free but they are allowed to charge if they consider their budget to be tight. This I do know from my missus who works for my doctors surgery.
