Was Nostradamus full of shite?

Post by jimslip »

Here's his so called prophesy for 9/11:

"In the City of God there will be a great thunder, Two brothers torn apart by Chaos, while the fortress endures, the great leader will succumb",
The third big war will begin when the big city is burning"

What utter tosh!

His prediction for the Kennedy assassination:

"The great man will be struck down in the day by a thunderbolt,
The evil deed predicted by the bearer of a petition
According to the prediction another falls at night time.
Conflict in Reims, London, and pestilence in Tuscany."

Total bollocks!

Here's Nostra on the Moon landing:

"He will come to travel to the corner of Luna,
where he will be captured and put in a strange land,
The unripe fruits to be subject of great scandal,
great blame, to one, great praise."

Utter balls!

Here's my prediction for you, Nostradamus! Start getting ya bony arse in gear, have a shave, get yaself some decent clobber and start writing some of them predictions that make some fucking sense..... girlfriend!!

Yes, I just read it and Nostradamus himself predicted it:

"A great offer will be made for sunlight creators of
to be borne on subjects of woman kind
for purpose of titlillation of her quatrain
But for purposes of monetry fulfillment
It will be insufficient to save Armageddon
from the destruction wreaked by God and Satan himself"

!wink!

Nostradumus must have been smoking some serious shit back then. Thats all I can say.

Still, you gotta admit why people hang onto his every word is because he had a cool ass doomladen name.

lets not foget the same goes for that Jesus chap. Had he been around today his game wouldve been up for how the media would have portrayed him.

back then before newspapers and the media people say he walked on water and fed 5000 people from a hand full of fish and turned water into wine...Look how far its come, shrines on every street corner and people willing to kill you for not beleiving the same thing they do but hey...whatever gets you through the day

Funny how his 'predictions' aren't deciphered until after the event.

I remember seeing a TV show in the late 70's about Nostradamus and one of his most absolutely definite can't-miss predictions was that by the year 2000 the whole world's population would be almost wiped out because of starvation. He must have accidentally tuned into a fashion show.

I'm glad he's stated 'Man will survive'.
If he didn't, we'll all be dead!
