Hardcore Adult Channel shows

Post by Ken Shabby »

Does anyone know if you can get videos of hardcore versions of classic Adult Channel shows like "Star Whores", "Banged Up" or "Class Action" (etc)?

I've seen what I assume to be softcore, 18 certificate versions on video and DVD in my local video/record shops. But I was wondering if they ever produced R18 certificate versions for sale anywhere.

Not yet and not for those. They do intend to release h/c versions of their shows, but not for the examples you give, if I remember correctly, as h/c versions were not filmed at the time. Do a search on the forum as this topic has come up several times.

Thanks, Carl and Alec, for the the advice.
I'll keep searching....and who knows, some day I just may find those elusive tapes....

Occasionally h/c versions of AC shows are broadcast on overseas satellite stations. 'Class Act' was the last one I caught. I'm unsure of how to pick up the right stations though. And like you I can't wait to see if a harder version of Banged Up appears. I loved that series.

I'm old enough to work out what you mean by that, but it took a while.

As a mere youngster I am baffled by these references. Was Ken Shabby a star of a wartime comedy? Or was he the bloke who twiddled yer diddlers back in the 60`s along with Pat Pheonix and Ken Barlow.
