Quite right number 6. These people have the right to spend our money on whatever they want.
We have the right to pay tax to support them.

Look PH when I bought a copy of the Big Issue off you on Saturday, did I say to you

"PH, put down that can of Tennants Super, stub out your rollup and try to do something to extend the average Scottish male lifespan to above 28, by buying yourself a nice, wee, green salad"?

No I did not.

Away with yer, ya wee waster yer and shove ya culinary advice in ya haggis.
But i am happy, very much so.
Given I've been privy to your 500 or so posts on here this last few years my personal assumption is that you're not. I'd say 'frustrated'.............no no no.............I think 'bitter' is more accurate.
If i was being spiteful i would be suggesting they should recieve nothing.
It could be spite in a different way. You want them to have coupons because it would embarrass them and no doubt your logic is to save from further shame it would encourage them to find work. Am I not far from the truth?

I was in Morrisons last winter and remember what looked like an East European couple use food coupons of some sort. They looked very embarrassed when glancing at the queue behind them, who were all taking notice, and the checkout girl smirking and rolling her eyes as she was serving them. If I noticed I'm sure they did. Your spite just draws the line at humiliating people......at least this time. I'm sure in the past you'll have mentioned giving people like these nothing. Maybe you're mellowing?!

I'm sure that the aforementioned East Europeans were so embarrassed that they refused to take their free food.
Would they be embarrassed to take free food where they came from?
I'll answer that one for you ------ no because they wouldn't be offered it.
Get a grip Sam, next you'll be telling me that they're too embarrassed to take a job.

Do you really think humiliating people will encourage them to work?

Take the sad, 40 year old virgin. He has such low self-esteem he thinks that no one would ever fancy him. His confidence is so easily broken he would rather live life alone than pluck up the courage to ask a girl out and face rejection. Would more humiliation and ridicule be helpful in any way?

Sorry, matey. You don't have to be a psychologist to notice you're in no way a happy bunny!
