First of all Red has no failed sites! They were definately pirate sites and amateur photographers are always doing pix of her and paying the model release....after which she has no control.
The only two sites on which she has control is:-

www.red-xxx.com and www.reds-fetishworld.com

Also dont forget that a large number of pro-photographers shoot her to sell to large companies that sell to the webmasters. there are probably Red sites here, in europe and the USA that she does not know about or use another name for her i.e Suzi MacDonald etc

We made the commitment to shoot our own stuff for a fetish pay site, partly because as your 'Joe average' viewer of webporn, I was sick of seeing just the same old pix over and over again on different sites and there was no personalisation of the girls.

I would not agree that a site costs ?50K a year to run as once the investment is made in equipment the actual major running cost is modelling fees. Hosting is not budget beaking, the credit card company deducts a percentage at source and there is always a need to buy new props and use different locations.

We dont commit to update weekly because I think this is making rod for your own back and could lead to breaking a promise.We commit to fortnightly and we have 10 months back materialto support that....but the shoots go on twice a month anyway.

The site is highly interactive with a members forum and the encouragement to submit ideas for both material and improvements.

We also are publishing the models bios and trying to personalise the site so that there is a two way communication.

We are new and not a major consortiom, but we are committed to quality and value for money. Believe me, Red is very focused on the fact that the site relects personally on her in this area as well and has a huge input at all levels!

Lastly all you have to do to cancel your subscription to reds-fetishworld.com is go on the C.C Bill website...the largest of all net credit card companies....you dont need to go via us and it takes a few seconds.

Sorry this is so longwinded but I wanted to put the record straight!

The 50k (plucked from the air)I quoted included the opportunity cost of Red's time ie the point being a financial evaluation of the commitment to internet prescence.

The free tour of www.reds-fetishworld.com doesn't reassure me of the sites quality and I feel a trial period of say 24 hours/3 days would be more seductive.

I agree personalisation is the key - but again to provide value for money this again demands commitment.

At $25 per month I would expect close to daily updates, not fortnightly.

As stated in my previous correspondence producers/performers seem to operate effectively in their traditional markets but fail abysmally over the internet.

Look to this site as your guide for personal contribution.
