Very O/T - 70s or 80s Music Title

Sorry, mods, to use this forum for a very off-topic post but I'm sure someone here can help me. I'm looking for the title or the artist of an 70s or 80s song about "greasers" and motorbikes. Basically all the info I can remember is that the song tells a story about a motorbiker and his love of speed, in the end (told during a talking passage in the middle) he went out one night and rode too fast and (the only lines I remember) ".... do you know what happened? his f**king head fell off ...." Somebody must know. Hardcore pics of Jordan for the correct information ....
