Possiblly, but no mention of a re-issue was made on the programme. Re-issues aren't like new releases anyway, there will be a lot less copies pressed-up for this than if it was a new U2 album.

Additional tracks eg b sides, remixes, possibly an edition which includes the show from Sunday on dvd. Looking at about a tenner ?

The Joshua Tree and Achtung is their entree into the Classic Rock canon. There were 4 albums prior to The Joshua Tree but little attention is given them. It's fair enough .. that's the way it works ... but as a band you end up being 'summed up' by a handful of tracks.
