Hugely O/T - nothing to do with porn

I spend my life driving the motorways of the UK and everywhere I go I keep seeing signs or stickers with the word "GOURANGA" on them, usually on sides of bridges so everyone can see it as they drive under the bridge - what the hell does it mean?

Not knowing is driving me nuts.....

I think it's either Hare Krishnas or the game Grand Theft Auto. Aparrently it means "Be Happy", in GTA when you ran over the Hare Krishnas a big GOURANGA! appears on screen.

I'd assume as you're seeing them on motorways it's a publicity stunt for the game.

It's something to do with Hare Chrishna's ( i think thats the spelling. You know, those monk type folk who jump around in orange table cloths. Means something like joy with life.

Actually, it,s the name of a band, some free publicity, I think thet were Bristol Based, but put stickers everywhere.
