Is this only with Chrome? Have you tried with Firefox or Opera?
I get a different issue with another forum.
If the IP address I get starts 92.xxx.xxx.xxx I get message
'You have been banned' straight away, even before I try to sign in.
If I reboot my router until I get an IP not starting 92 I can sign in, view and post.
