This Abu guy is no real danger to society because he is monitored all the time and has access to mobile phones and internet restricted. That is when he is out, when he is in jail then he can do even less. It begs the question why was this arsehole allowed to come here in the first place, but then they've more or less let anyone come here over the last 50 years. It's like that hook handed prick Hanza, he was here with illegal papers but was, no surprise, allowed to stay. They eventually got rid of him largely because the Americans wanted him but only after lot of hassle, time, and expense.
