Basically, if you come across someone who's slightly paranoid, you better cross you fingers and hope for the best.

Or better still, just carry a gun yourself and shoot him/her first......which makes you the paranoid one. So let's create a world where everyone is paranoid and uneasy around everyone else because of a stupid law that lets them blast someone away depending on how they feel. The more paranoid you are the more chance you have of surviving.

What a fantastic law.

Au contraire; had she been black I'm sure there would be just as much coverage. After all he's still one of the world's most famous athletes and there would be the extra mileage for some more antediluvian news outlets of a mixed relationship that went 'bad'. Besides, had she been black she would have probably been rather well known in her own right to have been in such a relationship in the first place.

Even by Arginald Valleywater's standards that qualifies as a particularly stupid remark.

Most people involved in this case are black, including the judge and most of the investigating police officers.
