Teenies and Big Tits

In the late 70's, there was a film going around entitled Teenies and Big Tits. It lasted about 18 minutes and was about a man who was married to a character played by the ultra busty Christa Abel, although his sexual preference was very slim flat chested girls. This was clearly a loop from a much longer film. Does anyone know what that film was?
