Can you tell if they are rather big or not? I am almost sure she is Nell Oslo aka Audrey Wilder. It would then be logical that she is credited as Nells.

Nell Oslo had rather large natural breasts, so...

I think Petra R. from the movie is another woman than Petra from the database. The face is different and Petra's chin has a line in the middle.

Since XNK2620 is in Luxus Huren and there is a credit for a Petra in that, it seems likely that she is Petra R. in Schreie junger Frauen. Thus the girl identified as Petra above could well be Nells.
