HELP! time warp....

Guys please help! I seem to be stuck in a time warp as far as the forum is concerned.Whenever i hit the forum link in my favs i always jump to the last post i made or the posts are over five + days old?! When i hit the newer posts to get up to date it will just stick at the older posts. The only way i can jump to the most recent posts is if i post a new post myself, i then jump bang up to date with my post at the top. I can't understand why it's happening. Any help greatly appreciated, it is soooo annoying! thanks

yes, youve saved your last post as your favourite...
heres what to do
1 open new browser
2 type in www.bgafd.co.uk
3 click the fourum button
4 drag the littleblue 'e' symbol at the start of the url onto your links bar
5 use that new link to acsess the forum
(I am assumming you are using ie5 or ie6 for this to work)
