Yeah, I've read the article.
Convinctions for obsenity are few and far between, especially when a jury has to decide. Without knowing or seeing the tape they were pondering over, it would be unfair for me to comment. All I would say is that obscenity is something each individual needs to work out for themselves. For me, Hardcore's products are obscene but that's just my opinion.
I'm still quite pleased at the verdict because it would have set a precedent if he'd been found guilty. I personally think you could get him on counts far worse then obscene, but this aint the time or place.
