If ICEFLOE5948 is true, Irina is the main girl of Die Spermaschlampe and Sarah is the main girl of Die mit dem Sperma Tanzt, Teenie im Spermagewitter and Zum Schlucken verdammt!; so Sarah is Gril 1 and Irina is Gilr 5.

Thanks for that info. So Girl 1 is Sarah (the girl on the cover) and Girl 5 in the end scene with Sarah is Irina.

Die mit dem Sperma tanzt has been released in the US by Black Widow Productions as "Dances with Sperm" in 2005 (DVD 9900007).

Here are a few other titles:
