As far as I know, it's not yet available on DVD. Herzog has it on VHS in their "while supplies last" section and I guess they might put it out on DVD in the future as it's a part of their back catalogue.
Worth getting? Personally, I'd say no. I find it very boring, with long and tedious scenes. (Having said that, I haven't seen it in a long time.)

This is a case of stolen credits.
As others have pointed out the film is Die Samenr?uberinnen.
The credits must have been stolen from Die Beichte der Josefine Mutzenbacher, because this is one of Billian's Mutzenbacher flicks and has both Iwanoff and H?uselmayer.

Interestingly, your list gives us a few further names for the cast of Beichte. In particular, Marita Kemper must be XNK0078, because I had her already unconfirmed associated with that name, due to a source associating the name with Die neuen Abenteuer des Sanit?tsgefreiten Neumann.
Still wondering though who Petra Kanehl, Christa W?lfel and Cornela Borkenstein are...
