They have taken my site of the air cause it features prohibited material, pictures of Layla Jade, Cathy Barry, Sarah Daykin, Wendy Taylor hardly prohibited but the lack of clothes might have something to do with it. The site has been up since May with no trouble.

I belong to three groups,all on different servers that have recently asked members to remove 'offensive material' or risk having your free account deleted.

Heard a murmur the other day that MSN is heading down the same path as Yahoo...mainly because of copyright infringements.

Sounds like someone is trying to enforce the exising laws to the hilt.

If they wish to drive us underground...its the old record to tape to friend scenario all over again but this time on CD.

If this was a free site, you will get restrictions, even if you purchase a website now days, you still have to conform to certain clauses ! as regards to using the images of models on your free site, if you have the models written permision you are doing no wrong, but if you are using them without their permission you could be in big trouble if the model concerned took it the wrong way, or found that images on your webpage caused her to lose work, she could sue you !!. Its abit like whats happening in the music field at the moment with copyright and all that. As a film producer,we can post material of the models we have filmed, as this is stated in the model releases they sign after doing a shoot.
