Carole Pierac, french actress?

I'm looking for a movie starring Carole Pierac. In one scene she has sex outside with Alban Ceray in a snowy street wearing a white furcoat. It must have been released about the same time as Tendre Corinne (1984).

The scene described sounds like one in Lust Dreams (I haven't found the original title yet), but it wasn't Alban Ceray in the scene. I think there was a fur coat involved in this scene. It is the American video release that I've seen. This is the box, but the box credits are totally misleading.
