please help id movie or actress

hi all
hope someone could help me id an italian movie i saw (7-8 years ago)
i think it's 80's (might be 70's) movie and story is something about a "naive" girl, exploring her sexuality...
In this movie sexual organs talk in rhyme, and give comments about the action (sort of funny lines).
Also, some scenes are done, so it looks like they are taken from the inside of actress body.
I know this sounds vague, but don't know much more...
I'm hoping someone could help me identify movie or main actress name.
