Looking at Mya Diamond's listing I see that the Pink'o movie "Spaghetti Connection" is also "Sex Connection" from Colmax.
Unfortunately, "Sex Connection" from Top Line also has Mya Diamond (as Mia Diamond) in it. You can check Mya's Eurobabeindex page to see boxcovers and confirm that they are two different movies.
