Simply put....anal sex without protection....can lead to you catching HIV...which inturn 'CAN' lead to AIDS.... which even with the right medication usually leads to death.

AIDs is a the result of progressive HIV which ia a blood to blood disease. However, even blood to blood exchange will not necessarily infect the recipient.

There is no CONCRETE evidence that AIDs can be transmitted via sperm [Other than the virus IS found in body fluids] and the highest probablilty of the virus being transmitted sexually is piggy backing on another STD infection that relys on blood to blood transmission. Therefore anal sex is probably the least likely method of transmitting this terrible disease and the 'plagues' in Africa are all abou AID and not AIDS!!!

BTW there is NO guarantee that condoms work.
