It is from the first sketch called "Cenerentola" (Cinderella). The father (the actor in the scene) is played by Fabio Bocci and the daughter is played by Marilyn.
I don't know what other movies Fabio Bocci has done. The girl's boyfriend in the sketch is played by Diego Palma (who is also seen in the second sketch called MAMMINA MIA).
