Do you know this series?

When i was young i saw a (softcore) series on TV but i can't remember the name or the actors.

It was about an inventor who invents a device which "activates" pleasure in people when you point it at them. The device somhow gets lost and there is this guy with white hair hunting after it.

These are some scenes in the episodes i can remember.

1. 2 thieves (one male, one female) in a fitness center get hit by the beam activated by another woman. The male thief is ignored and there is some lesbian sex

2. One time the beam goes through the phone and the people on the other end in some kind of "studio" have sex

3. The white haired guy get's chained by 2 blond women and he is watching while they have sex
