I have this Video on VHS. It is a "Downtown" production, made in Germany.
The name of the film is "Supermodell Pervers" (please note that in the link to Claire Benson, the name of the film is misspelt), and apart from Claire Benson, the blonde's name is Marylin, and the dark haired lady is possibly brazilian.

There are no watersports- Claire gets something like a soda-syphon squirted in her face [the source is out-of-shot] and also what might be very light Golden Syrup. She pours red wine over the blonde's lower half at one point.
