I checked this out - its a bit odd because this US site has the long version - http:www.cduniverse.com. This version is 220 mins with "extra footage" and the standard version is about 140mins. So as usual which version is which (Euro or US gets confused). I might buy it just to check it out.

I have the Sexxx Label [Italian] release of AT3 [134 min. total run-time vs. the iafd-quoted 125 min.].
The scene in question is 28'55" long and opens with Adeline pissing in the toilet- on her own. [Nothing to upset the US censors there, I'd have thought.] Near the scene's end, after Adeline's DP, Kris drags Laura to the toilet, pisses into her open mouth for about 30 seconds and then jacks off into her face. The scene concludes back in the bedroom with a facial for Adeline.
Compare Den's review: " [opens with] Laura & Brunette on bed...................[then basically as the Italian version]..........Laura open mouth facial in bathroom.......... "
and Gabriel Nine's: ".........Meanwhile, Kris has dragged Laura to the toilet. Rocco follows, and Kris tells him he's going to piss on her face. The evidence is there, but the deed is not shown, and then Kris shoots his load on Laura's face too..............."
From the above I'd assume that Adeline's part of the scene has not been cut at all in the US release, so you'd be missing nothing of hers by acquiring that one [although the Evil Empire DVD retails for around $25 whereas the Sexxx Label disc can be picked up for around Eur 10].

Without having seen it [although I've got plenty of other Rocco US cuts with similar add-ons] I'd guess that the extra footage is just 'more of the same', with added messing around and bloopers- 'behind the scenes' sort of stuff rather than anything that might upset the God-fearing censors.
An extra 80 mins. does seem a trifle generous, though [or self-indulgent, if you prefer]........if this is the link you intended, then I suggest you read it again- it says 2 hrs 20 min plus extra footage rather than 220 min.

From the last two posts - Multiple cuts is the answer. The version I have seen is 27mins long and starts with AL seen from behind walking down the house and ends with AD & Omar facial. It's clear that the scene editing is a bit choppy, so probably they did cut quite a lot because they weren't sure how far to go.
does anyone know the title of the Italian version? - the Spanish version is Rocco el Domador.
