o/t Contact for Harmony Sex Shops?

Does anyone have an email contact for the above shops different to those found on their website (www.harmonyxxx.com).

The reason I ask is that I ventured into London a month ago and brought three items from their Tottenham Court Road shop. One item, video called Deep Desires Office Sex starring Katie Ann Day and Laura Hermanson absolutely refuses to play on my video player. Another, a collection on private mags, has pages that just fall apart when you turn them over.

I have emailed them twice to register a complaint over these items, but have yet to receive any reply of any sort. I am not looking to drag their name down on this forum, but wondered if any of you guys or gals have a direct email address for them that I can use.
