need help with a mature scene

I would love to know which movie this scene came from:

I saw a clip from it maybe 6-7 years ago, and in that clip a younger dude is talking to a mature woman in the kitchen while she's chopping some vegetables or something. She's silent, and she has really big tits and she's wearing curlers in her hair.
Then, the young guy's dick is in her mouth and he massages her ample tits. During this, some older guy is in another room talking to a younger woman and showing her some album or something.

Anybody know the name of the movie? It may have been Italian, but I am not sure.

There's a similar set-up in a couple of Salieri flicks, one with
Silvia Christian as the older woman; one with a 45-ish older woman
[?this one] [4WIW it was the cutaway to the album thing that reminded me].
Can't be sure but this might jog someone's memory.

No vegetables, chopped or otherwise; and no curlers.

It's Maud Kennedy at the start of the scene, so I guess the
scene might be from 'Inferno' or 'Casino'.
