I have a DVD title ''Dolly Poupee Anale', from Alkrys, with the same cast
[no credited director]. Betty Belle is credited as Betty Bell, Rumika Power
as Rumika, and Nataly Dune as Nately Dune.
Could they be the same?

It seems probable it's the same. A google search gives a lot of results with the studio as Sex Impact and the director as Dolly Golden for Dolly Poup?e Anale - perhaps a re-release by Sex Impact.

Oops- ought to have mentioned that the artwork is in the 'Sex 'Impact'
'house style', and mentions Alkrys nowhere- the latter appears only on
the disc itself.
Sex Impact seem to specialise in [often hard to identify] retitlings,
especially Hustler and Rocco stuff. I'm no graphics expert but the "Dolly
Poupee Anale" legend is in a different style to the rest of the opening
credits.
