Can anyone help me find a Region 1 DVD copy of this movie. Sophie Evans is amazing in this. I have been looking for a copy for a couple years now with no luck. I'll even take a download to own if available.
Thanks for any and all help.
Dolce Vita ? la Fran?aise
Re: Dolce Vita ? la Fran?aise
As far as I can tell, there no North American distributors who have this movie (Region 1) in their catalogue. I ran a search on Valentine.com and it came up negative.
The best you can do is try to find a Euro distributor (Orgazmik sells a region 2-Europe DVD for 36 Euro) which has a region 1 DVD and have it converted either professionally or home made by yourself using an ultra cheap universal DVD player (Polaroid, Phillips, etc) and inexpensive DVD recorder. Or you can settle in buying a Region 2 DVD copy, and just play it through your PC or with video card running it to your TV set.

I believe the version from Showtime - "Dolce Vita" - has no regional coding, if that will work. Of course, it will still be in PAL format.
