I don't see Carole Nash anywhere in Le Femme en Noir.

There are 5 girls in hardcore scenes:

I think she might be Tatjana Romanof but I'm not sure. She also appears in Vietnam with Rocco and in an extra on the Colmax dvd of Divina commedia but I don't know which film this is from. Screenshot from this extra:

The XNKs listed on EGAFD are non-sex and appear only a few seconds onscreen. There is also some footage playing on TV from Les 7 derniers outrages showing R?gine Bourgeois.

It seems the missing girl of whom I posted pictures above is also identified as Carole Nash in Vietnam 2. Can anyone confirm this is (not) Carole Nash ? Screenshot from Vietnam 2:

4WIW I doubt it's her.
But I'm not a Nash expert- I've seen perhaps a dozen of her titles.

That is not the Carol Nash I am familiar with.

It seems that this extra is from Supplices Italiens 1 & 2. Unfortunately the character's name isn't said during the segment but I would guess it's Barbara Moore.

Now if someone has Vortix and can check if she's also in it...

The question of Le Femme en noir was discussed on the forum a few years ago and never completely resolved, but at a time when I'm struggling to catch up with the forum, there isn't time to revisit it properly, apart from adding one more picture of Carole Nash from Fille de passes.

I'll just have to file it under 'too difficult' for the moment, sorry.
