I just saw Obsessions intimes. Only 2 actresses are listed.
I saw the Italian version Intime ossessioni. Is it the original version ? I would think so but I am never really sure of these things, but I think it is because the dialogues on camera being all in Italian.
Opening and closing titles list all the same actors plus the non sex actors on the end titles. The only strange thing is that after the first 2 titles: ATV Entertainment presenta we see a board showing the picture of the box cover of the movie. It looks like it is there to hide something else. But right after that board we see the original Italian title Intime ossessioni.

The film was in Italian and my knowledge of Italian is not good enough to be really sure of what was said. So I will talk only about the sex scenes.

Katalin Magyar. This name is not listed here or aywhere else. A quick search on Google didn't give anything. Since the name is Magyar, I searched anong the Hungarian Katalin, but finally here there is a girl I think it is her. But you need to confirm or invalid, I am not that great at recognysing faces.

Gabriela Feke has only one entry here and no pictures Gabriela Feke
But this girl in Intime obsessioni (once again confirm or invalid) is Gaby Black. She also used the names Gaby Feke and Gabi Feke.
I have not seen Sex Scream, but chances are that it is her.

Gabi Feke is listed on iafd as an alias of Gaby Black- and it's definitely her
in the above, and also, as you say, Isabella Cardellini; Katalyn is a common
alias for her.
The 'Sex Scream' boxcover also clearly shows Anita Bond and Silvie Sun;
there is I believe also another brunette, who I can't identify positively.
