Problems with Dr-Bluesexshop?
Has anyone been experiencing any problems with Dr-Bluesexshop? I ordered a couple of video's over three weeks ago and haven't heard anything since - dispite sending them an email about a week ago.

did u send cash or cheque?ihad the same problem with mail order vids 16 yrs ago took me ages to get a refund they sent me crap vids all in black and white soft porn.

If you wrote to us a couple of days ago using an e-mail address ending in boltblue.net we replied 3 times and each time it was returned to us.
Try using an address that works. we reply to everybody. You have posted here and not left and address where we can contact you. we can only help you if we can contact you.

It would help if people who want action taken with problems they experience and contact the BGAFD would put a return e-mal address and not use a nom de plume. Still if they want to conduct their business in public that?s OK with me. Just in passing I am not sure what this mail has to do with the intended range of uses for BGAFD and I would have thought was distinctly OT
As we do not know the identity of Rambleon we can only try to make some assumptions as to his identity.
I enclose a copy of an e-mail we have three times tried to send and three times had returned.

So we are looking into why we have no record of it but you do....
Your credit card will not have been billed as we do not have your card

The tech says that there is a log missing for a period of 3 weeks.... We are sorry for this problem.

So: No charge has been made, we tried to make contact and we offer a free video. Yes I know, Dr. Blue is just another penny-pinching retailer trying to make money out of the unsuspecting public and ripping them off in the process, but I have a love of the amber nectar to support as well as a love of the sun. (When Marcus gets back from his sojourn to Greece I will give him hell for not taking me, particularly as he has disgraced himself on the front patio of my huge palatial villa many times over the years).
As to Stephen Doran if he took the time to go to the shop and buy a video he would note that we don?t take cash and we always supply what we say and we deal with every order every day with most being delivered within 5 days and we get loads of compliments and as a totally disinterested member of the public I can recommend www.dr-bluessexshop.com for all your video requirements. Is this bit OT?

it wasnt your shop iwas on about it all happened 16yrs ago in the bristol area nothing to do with dr blue iwas just stating the fact that you have to be careful with some adverts for videos and there not always what they say they are.
