It is a very old one indeed and I haven?t found any information yet

So as it's written, the italian title is not correct: the right one should be "Visite anali a domicilio".

but you mentioned a different film.
According to this site these are two different films.
The English title of your film is Kinky House

The one I mean is with Hula (Hop) the girl from Provocazione

So I?m still hoping for help

I just meant that "Visiti anali alla domicila", clearly an italian title, so as it's written on EGAFD is completely wrong by a grammatical point of view, and sounds rather absurd in italian (then, everything can be in the hardcore !grin!...)

The spelling is probably wrong and even the date and cast may be doubtful as the information comes from Video Search of Miami.
