XNK3480 is Betty Belle
Betty Belle and XNK3482 is not mentioned in "Grande Dame Babette: Ekstase over fifty", but they appeared at 2 scenes (m/f paired vag/anal sex outdoor and vag/anal fisting together in the kitchen). Even more, only one female name credited in film itself: Ninette Vega.
My personal guess that it belongs to Betty Belle (because she is more frequent appeared in films ie. more popular plus "Ninette" could mean "Nina+Betty" - Nina Madison is her another alias).

This would seem then to raise a problem; one thing that's generally
agreed about DBM aliases is that they remain remarkably constant
across titles. As you say, BB already has a DBM alias: Nina Madison.
So, either the ID is incorrect [although I find it hard to disagree with
it from those admittedly not-ideal caps], or DBM have broken their own
'rules'.
Entirely on spec. I'd guess that Mary Royce [Maeva] might be XNK3483,
given her propensity for appearing in DBM flicks fully-cowled; that
'jowliness' in the cap is certainly suggestive.
XNK3479 might, just might, be a heavily made-up Ira Vaillant.
Either some aliases have been omitted from the write-up for 'Pervers....'
