Nicoletta Astori cannot be Nicolette Alex who does not appear in Dracula. It can be Valentina Velasquez, Caterina Lievacic or Magdalena Lynn aka Nicky Ranieri.

Anyway, here is her Priavte shop profile. No mention of the Nicoletta Astori alias. Then again, I know for sure she was not credited as Alexandra in the original VHS release of Apocalypse Climax 2.
