O/T Rolling Images

I Have ordered a DVD from The Rolling Images website on September 30. I recieved a nice letter of comfirmation and credit card receipt telling me the DVD which by the way is R18 will be sent from Holland, and allow 28 days delivery. as yet i have had nothing a tried E-mailing them but the site E-mail address does not work. So I used the feedback utility on their site but have so far had no reply to my question as to where it is. Does anyone know if this is usual?

Off the cuff, you've been had (and not in the usual nice way......).
I've never heard of these guys.

Never heard of Rolling Images?????? It's Viv Thomas's production company - 'Sandy, Babe Abroad', Sammy Gets Her Girl', Sammy Gets It All', (and just about everything else Sandy and Sammy-Jayne do),'Medieval Mischief' etc etc etc.

For a long time you couldn't buy Viv's h/c stuff mail order cos he was staying strictly within UK law. Presumably this is why dimjick's order is being sent from Holland.

Viv's is a completely bone fide operation, so maybe a bit more patience is all that's needed.

He ordered on 30 September and was asked to allow 28 days for delivery - even counting from the order date, that doesn't expire until to-morrow.

Thanks for the info guys, i forgot to mention it was Viv Thomas's DVD, Heels and Hose the movie, infact. Perhaps I am jumping the gun a little. But to put it into perspective I ordered two DVD's from Jaded a week after and they had both come within two weeks, all the way from the states,no problem from them. I want to get Sammy Jayne's Sex Analyst as well but I am weiry to order any more until the first one arrives. Still it might be a nice Xmas present to look forward to.

If it was sent from Holland, but not by airmail, it would well have come via Dover customs, who would have been likely to open it and peruse it at their leisure. Given some of the stuff coming out of Holland, they probably open most things from there, which might slow things down.

True, but in the (unlikely) event of confiscation, they'd surely have notified him by now?
