I think the captures I had came from the French release; so maybe there's a significant difference between the French and US releases.

Apparently so; alas I was unable to find a Euro cover at short notice.

Found the French covers:

I can see Nicoletta and Christina near the top, sitting on Kessef's
lap; credited cast is "Esther, Andrea, Christina, Nicoletta, Ioana",
runtime 85 min. which if true is significantly shorter than the US version
[ca. 112], although probably about right if only the five named above
are present.
It would seem then that Bamboo, Celine Kasia and Sophie Roche [as
'Jany'] are only in the US edit.... I think I can see Sophie [9] in the
centre-top backcover screenshot of the French edit but it's too small
to be sure- although this would make for the fifth girl, presumably as
'Ioana', who is otherwise unaccounted-for.

I had the French version. Black Widow appears as Ioana. Joachim and she encounter on a Budapest street and they go to a room to have sex. I haven't seen the American version but C?line Kasia, Bamboo, and Sophie are absent in the French release. Black Widow (as Ioana) is absolutely present in the French one.
