'Pamela'. One of the pair is, rather inconveniently, uncredited.

...and XNK1911 is also definitely Davina, so I assume 'Pamela Riley'
is the latter's DBM alias.
XNK1912 would then have to be Sylvia Madeira as the female illustrated
bears little resemblance to Isabelle Leon, at least as far as her
appearance in 'Debora's Profession' goes:
