EGAFD lists "Serena Leonidas" as being in this video, credited as Donna.
According to this, a Czech girl does indeed appear in scene 3 credited as Dona (not Donna), but she doesn't look anything like "Serena Leonidas".

It's definitely her. I've been a fan of her for years and I know every inch of her. I bought that film because she and Jirina were in it.

Ah, I see. I should read a bit closer next time. I just read "Czech Dona" at the beginning of the description of scene 3 and then looked at the screencaps, which in fact feature Karianna (Lee).
There seem to be no screencaps of Donna at all.
