I'm pretty sure I know who this girl is, in what I think is a very early
appearance of hers from 'Teenage Home Video 7'.
But I'd be interested in hearing what anyone else thinks.

The clue to my guess is to visualise a different hair-colour.

this face sounds tremendously to me, but it's like I have it on the tip of my tongue and cannot come out...

nipples are pretty different if you focus on your pic n.1 and Sara Brandy Canyon pic number 2 in her file on EGAFD DB....do you agree?

I can't see much if any difference- the areolae are almost exactly the
same size and shape, as are the breasts, which also have the same
degree of slight 'droop'. But more than anything it was her facial
expressions, the smile and the way she moves.
I'm not saying I'm completely convinced, but it's bugging the Hell out
of me that because it's a Seventeen production I'll probably never find
out for sure.
